*i jump up to the opening for the hatch and look in at the controls*

Seems easy enough.

*i sit down and attach the servers to my body and sit there for a moment getting a feel for the system*

Scientist: Are you ready?

*the top of the facility opens up and reveals Project SkyKing*



Project SkyKing, first run.

*i sit in the cockpit and finish putting on the equipment. the hatch closes and and the green orb in its chest begins to glow, signifying the activation of Zero System*

*i begin to feed chakra into the equipment attached to me and the mech begins to move. i move my arms and they move as well*

Seems to be working correctly.

Scientist: Yes, but in combat we are not certain how it will perform.

So I'll take it up. Project SkyKing, taking off.

*i focus chakra to the torso area and the wings extend. the boosters activate and SkyKing takes off. into the sky. inside the cockpit i begin to feel drained*

Wow... It seems that the more time passes, the more I push myself for the sake of the village... Sweating? I didn't think I ever would anymore... Oh well. SkyKing taking off.

*i cruise to a barren area to test the suit*

*SkyKing is brought in from the space battle held with Zeik. the mech is damn near destroyed, now missing limbs, armor and other various parts. it creaks into the holding base, ready for repairs to begin*

Scientist: What the crap happened to SkyKing?

*i scratch my head nervously*

Uhh... I got into a fight with Epyon, er, Darkwhip. We totaled both of them, heh.

Scientist: My lord, we might have to scrap this...

Nononoonononnno! You can still fix it, right?

Scientist: It would take hell to fix... But with enough alloy, we might be able to do it.

Whew. I was nervous for a moment.

Scientist: We might have to scrap some of the other projects though.

That's fine, I have some ideas for this one anyway.
