In the next moment, there was a cage of dried blood, an extremly tough surface when gused with chakra, around one of the many trees. The branches that hadn't fit had been cut cleanly off the tree.

As you're already aware, no doubt, I had a talk with the other Akumukage about this very topic earlier today. I explained that I've no further intentions of forming an independent village, and that I only did wish to become a resident of the Nightmare. I only require two things.

A formal ranking exam by either you or him, without power limitations (as it's arguable that I'm on par with Sannin or higher.), and for my home in the Sunlight Realm to be transported here, which I can do myself given permission.
